After ordering your AmazingAir products, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail from us. Once your package is shipped, (Postal Service) will send you a shipping e-mail including a tracking number. With this specific number, you can follow the status of your order. If you want to change the shipping address, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please use the subject line as follows ‘Shipping Address Change, Order X’ (X=your order number).
All deliveries within the EU are shipped with DPD. Delivery times vary from country to country. We also ship to Non-EU countries withing Europe.
For orders shipped to The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany shipping costs are €9,95. For order shipped to other EU countries shipping costs are €14,95 or more. Depending on which country.
Because of health and hygiene regulations, AmazingAir products can only be returned when the seal on the package is intact. This means that the products should be unopened and unused. If you want to return your products, please follow these steps:
- Send an email with your order number, name, contact information and a reason for return with the subject “return X” (X=order number) to email@example.com. This has to be within 14 days after receival of your products.
- Only return your package after receiving a reply on your return-e-mail from us. Return your package, including packing slip on which you indicate which products are in the package. Make sure your products are well packed, so that they cannot be damaged during transportation. Send your products (at your own costs) to:

- Once we receive your return, we will check the package. If everything is in order, we will refund your order (excl. shipping costs) within 14 days.
