Customer service always orders the wrong filter
"When ever I email customer support it is always multiple people who join the conversations and then me having to repeats previous emails in the same thread. TWICE NOW they have ordered and sent me the WRONG FILTERS which causes weeks delay in me being able to replace them. I am so far happy with the unit but growing very tired of being sent the wrong filters when I request the correct ones to be ordered on the phone order. It is crusting and a huge waste in time/gas to find a FedEx etc."
